Continue your Cinco de Mayo celebration this weekend, when Metalachi, “the world’s first and only heavy metal mariachi band” takes the stage at the landmark Whisky a Go-Go.  Doors open at 7 p.m.  Tickets are $15 GA.


Sunday, May 10

Treat mom to the glorious sounds of House of Blues’ signature Gospel Brunch.  Enjoy soulful live performances and a decadent Southern-style buffet featuring classics like macaroni and cheese, a full carving station, peel and eat shrimp, omelets, homemade waffles, Creole chicken jambalaya, hot apple cobbler and more.  Two brunches (10 a.m. and 1 p.m.); admission is $42.50 GA.
