West Hollywood Gets Ready To Dress To Impress During Fashion’s Night Out

West Hollywood will once again celebrate Fashion’s Night Out on Thursday, Sept. 8. The festivities will begin at 6 p.m. and retailers around the city will extend their hours into the night with parties, special guests, trunk shows and entertainment. As the in-store festivities conclude, shoppers are invited to the official West Hollywood after-party at Skybar at the Mondrian hotel beginning at 10 p.m. The party will include photo opportunities, champagne, desserts and music.

Participating Sunset Strip businesses include Andaz West Hollywood (pop-up shop and fashion exhibit curated by celebrity stylist Brett Alan Nelson), BCBG Maxazria, Code C (prosecco and appetizers, designers and DJs), H. Lorenzo (special promotions), LIVE! On Sunset (meet and greet trunk show with Sam & Lavi), Nicole Miller (DJ, light bites and spirits as well as exclusive fall shipments), Skybar at Mondrian (official after party).

Additionally, stores throughout West Hollywood will host exciting events throughout the night, including a celebration of music and fashion at 3.1 Phillip Lim featuring a live performance from the band CULTS; Sweet Beats truck at Alpha; trunk show by famed shoe designer Jerome Rousseau at Arcade with cocktails and The Grilled Cheese Truck.

Free shuttles will transfer shoppers around the city from 6 p.m. – 11 p.m. for those who want to see and explore it all. Parking is available in the San Vicente Municipal Parking Garage at the corner of San Vicente and Melrose Avenue for $8 for the evening.

Fashion’s Night Out is a global initiative originally created in 2009 to celebrate fashion, restore consumer confidence, and boost the industry’s economy during the recession.  The program is a collaboration between American Vogue, the Council of Fashion Designers of America, NYC & Company, and the City of New York and is celebrate in more than 100 cities, including West Hollywood.
