During the weekday work hours, crews will continue grinding of the pavement. The old concrete is creating a lot of dust, so in an effort to combat this the sweepers are constantly running. The crews cannot use water to control the dust, because it turns into mud which will be tracked by cars along the boulevard and get into the storm drains that go directly to the ocean."}
