The evening starts at 7 p.m. with a champagne and hors d&rsquo;oeuvres cocktail reception before guests are seated to enjoy a five-course Southwestern French-inspired meal prepared by Archambault and complimented with wine pairings.  Guests will be seated at communal tables allowing the chef the opportunity to pop in and share stories.
