\nRestaurants offering complimentary champagne with their Valentine’s Day menus include Talesai<\/strong> (four-courses featuring sensual dishes for $60 per guest), Katana <\/strong>(five-course meal for $120 per couple), and BLT Steak <\/strong>(multi-course menu also includes special petit four, $70 per person).<\/p>\n
