BLT Steak presents traditional and gourmet menu options for Thanksgiving. Choose from an appetizer, main entrée, sides and dessert for $68 per person. Entrée choices include roasted turkey with chestnut-sausage stuffing, cranberry grenadine sauce and rosemary gravy; dry-aged roasted prime rib with confit garlic jus and caramelized onion bread pudding; or lightly smoked salmon with American sturgeon caviar and green apple nage.
